We still may make a move in FA but if not, we have 5 centers on our roster. KP, Boban, Willy, Powell and Moses.
Why?? I definitely believe this revolves around KP somehow. In that Mavs will do their damndest to increase his trade value by the deadline in February for another playmaker or star.
If we are able to trade him away, it could be a package with WCS or Powell and we’ll still have plenty of depth at the 5.

Just a thought but kinda makes sense if we really do go into training camp with all 5 centers. Cause that doesn’t make a lot of sense.

I may be wrong, but I doubt it KP will not be traded this season. I highly doubt (unless guaranteed) Moses will make the team. I also think(hope) we are really trying to find a trade for Dwight Powell, as I don't Seeour new coach playing him as much for loving the play as much. So that leaves only three.

Well right now, if there is no Dragic, then I definitely see Brown making cut. I actually like Brown and his upside alot, get rid of Powell and his salary before him in a heartbeat

That is a bit much. Which guys can double at 4/5 though? KP and Powell, depending on the type of rotations Kidd decides to use.

KP def could. In fact it might be his best position for us even though he’s been pretty outspoken he’d rather play the 5.
At this point though, he’s gotta get healthy and look like he did or it’s not gonna matter.
